Do you have uneven concrete at your home or business?
Our Proven concrete leveling process explains why concrete settles and how we take care of your needs
The Substrate
Many believe it’s the concrete itself, but in reality, it’s the washed out substrate and voids underneath the slabs causing them to move and settle. We at Fortified Concrete Leveling, Inc., will determine where to drill holes into your sunken or uneven concrete based on the issues you may experiencing.
Precise Drilling
While some holes are for lifting, others are for making sure the slab is completely void free underneath, for a solid foundation. To avoid binding, that can cause cracks, we must decide before the lifting process starts whether the concrete needs to be cut between the seams in order to lift the concrete independently.
Materials Used
Portland Cement is included in our mud slurry, which is injected beneath your concrete and hardens to keep it from washing out. After pumping our mix into the designated areas, we will plug the holes, wash the area down, then patch the holes with concrete for a flush finish.
Job Timeline
The average job may take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours to complete and we ask that all vehicles stay off the areas for 2 to 3 days. We also recommend sealing your concrete cracks and joints after leveling, and the results will last even longer! We provide a 2 year warranty on our work whereas others are offering one year or no warranty at all!
It was a great experience working with Eric and his team from Fortified Leveling. Our front step dropped several inches over the years. My 90 year old in-laws were coming to visit and there was no way they were getting up these steps. Eric assured us that he could restore it back to its original location and that they would clean up as if they weren’t there. They even fixed our cement on our lower garage for a reasonable price. Eric is a welder as well and offered to modify our hand rail all in time for our visit. It was a pleasure working with Eric and his team.

HEAR FROM OUR PAST CUSTOMERS

The special mud / grout slurry we make on-site is designed to lift each slab based on its irregularities. This grout hardens and will not wash out from beneath your slabs. We do NOT use the polyfoam method as it is an ineffective and more expensive route that does not have the compressive strength to achieve lasting results. Don't pay more for results that wont stand the test of time! This video below explains in depth the proven results as to why the polyfoam is not the proven method or solution.
